In this update, 2 new huge features have been added.

1. Custom Item Image Selection: This allows you to assign an image to the cursor (the brighter green circle) 

2. Custom Item Icon Image: This allows you to assign a custom image for each item ID (screenshot). If you don't assign any then it'll just display the icon from iconset.
