I've been playing a lot of pixel art games recently and noticed that CRT effects are making a comeback to enhance the look of pixel art. A great example of this trend can be seen in games like Balatro, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, and more. I think this effect truly brings a nostalgic retro vibe, but since RPG Maker doesn't have it by default, I decided to create this plugin.
