A legacy version has been uploaded. In normal version, you'll have plugin commands to change settings in-game, but those settings will be reset when game reset. If you want settings to be saved through the game (like CRT ON OFF in option menu) and don't want to change in-game values for each setting then go for Legacy version, as I think that's the best option for this simple plugin.
